COVID-19 Update
On January 31, 2022, private in-person sessions for individuals, couples and small groups resumed with some limitations. Please see my COVID Safety Protocol for information about my offerings. Private virtual sessions are available for individuals, couples and small groups. In person larger group sessions are on hold indefinitely.
Please note, yoga sessions are 60 minutes unless specified otherwise. Participants require their own yoga mat. A discount is offered on packages of three private sessions for one person. No tax is charged on fees. An official receipt is provided. Social work services (Ontario only) may be claimed as a medical expense for income tax or insurance purposes - please check your extended health care plan coverage.
Private session for one person: Available in-person or online via Zoom
First session is 75-90 minutes and includes initial assessment.
Benefits of private sessions include: Individual attention for your unique circumstances, opportunity to learn and progress at your own pace and assistance designing your personal home practice! Daytime, evening and weekend appointments available. A private session includes assessment of your needs and goals, yoga instruction, a video or audio recording of your session, and follow up by email. Options include (but not limited to): accessible yoga, partner yoga, chair yoga, yoga for true beginners, yoga for persistent pain, and yoga for pelvic wellness.
Some of my previous group programs are available as private sessions for individuals, couples or small groups.
Please note: Specialized yoga for mental health is available in-person or online (depending on assessment) and only available to residents of Ontario.
Personalized yoga coaching, including accessible yoga and yoga for pelvic wellness are available online to non-Ontario residents in Canada and the U.S.A. Personalized yoga coaching includes assessment of your needs and goals, yoga instruction, option to receive a recording of your session, and follow up by email. These services are offered in my capacity as a yoga instructor and not a social worker.
In-person sessions:
- Initial session (includes assessment): $150 in my home (if suitable for both parties).
- Subsequent sessions:
- 60 minutes: $125
- 75 minutes: $150
- 90 minutes: $175
virtual (online) session: Initial session $150 ($150 per couple; 60 minutes with no assessment). Subsequent sessions (60 minutes): $125 ($150 per couple).

Yoga class for two to 10+ people in person or online: $125 base price (for one person) plus $25 per additional person for 60 minute class. Please note: I can accommodate up to three participants with physical distance in my home yoga space. Each participant will complete a registration form, so classes can be made accessible for everyone. Please note, class maximum will depend on the circumstances. I want to ensure I can observe everyone so the class is always safe and fun! Group sessions are not recorded.
A customized class can be created for a particular group or occasion e.g. office workers, wedding shower, all ages or a theme e.g. compassion, grief, celebration - the possibilities are as long as your imagination! I can also facilitate 'yoga breaks' for conferences or meetings. Please contact me to discuss your needs!
